I know I usually never draw fanart, but this is someone Kingdom Hearts fans will recognize. I used to have mixed feelings about Zexy, but now that I've seen how much of a crazy psycho he is when he fights I really like him. Saix is still my favorite, but Zexy's evil laughter is the greatest ever.

I rushed many parts of this one, so some parts of the lineart and coloring look choppy. But this was pretty much just a picture to keep me warmed up, not really something big that I would have spent many more hours working on.

Now anyone who has ever drawn a book in their lives will agree when I say it's not the easiest thing to draw. This was the first time I really drew an entire open book with the pages flapping, so I'm aware the perspective of it looks a bit screwed up. The designs on the front and back covers looked horrible at first, I actually had to draw the Nobody symbol once and then make a brush with it so I could just paste it many times on the front cover, and play around with the symbols a little so they would all fit into one another and look like the real design on Zexion's book (or at least as close as I could get it to looking like that, I know it's still off but I tried TwT). Otherwise every symbol I drew never looked the same, and well that's lame.

The reference picture of Zexion's book that I had was very small so I couldn't read what was written on the covers, so I made it say something semi-random. It says "Kage Ayumu Sakushi", which (according to Wikipedia) is japanese for "Shadow-walking Schemer". Zexion's title was changed to "The Cloaked Schemer" in the english version, because shadow-walking does sound retarded. There were also writings on the back cover and more stuff on the part inbetween the two, but I was too lazy to add those.

In overall I guess I'm happy with how this one turned out. I made efforts to make a nicer and more detailed background, and I really don't draw evil smiles often so it was a fun experience.
